Our specialty is Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R), A.K.A Physiatry.  We are specialists in bones, muscles, nerves and function. This means we are Specialists in treating a wide range of problems from head to toe. We treat both acute and chronic pain problems whether musculoskeletal or neurological disorders. Our primary goals are restoring function and improving quality of life.

Dr. Kirby and staff are interested in being more than just your physicians office. We want to be your partners in health, whether you're a patient or a referring health care provider. We offer an individualized, comprehensive approach to help meet your health care needs.

Appointment cancellation Policy

We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list.

No-shows without prior notification will incur $25.oo fee.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all our clients. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
